This workflow is designed for combining related PDFs into one clean file or extracting only the pages you need from a longer document. The browser reads the selected files locally and creates a new PDF export from your chosen order or range.
Extract pages
Select one PDF and enter ranges such as 1-3, 5 or 2, 4, 6 to create a smaller PDF without editing the original file.
Local output
vinniDocu does not upload the source PDFs during this process. The merged or extracted file is generated in the current browser session.
Helpful notes
- Use clear file names before merging if the final document will be archived.
- Unlock encrypted PDFs before adding them to the queue.
- Check the page range carefully before exporting a confidential section.
- Large image-heavy PDFs may take longer to load and save.
