Image to PDF is useful for receipts, signed forms, whiteboard photos, handwritten notes and phone scans that need to be sent as a single document. Add the images, arrange the order and choose how each picture should fit on the page.
Best results
Crop noisy borders before converting, keep the image upright, and use a higher-resolution source when small text must remain readable.
OCR is separate
This tool creates an image-based PDF. Use the OCR tool if you need searchable or copyable text from the final scan.
Helpful notes
- Use Fit to keep the whole image visible on the page.
- Use Fill only when cropping edges is acceptable.
- Arrange the queue before exporting so page order is correct.
- Very large photos can create a larger PDF file.
